• For products that have been delivered and Buyer wishes to exchange for whatever reason(s) and not because of Seller's fault, the exchange can be made as per the below conditions
• 1. The original packaging MUST NOT be opened.
• 2. Items to be exchanged must be of equal value or higher than the original item purchased. For higher-value items, the buyer has to top up the price difference. There will be no refund for lower-price items exchanged.
• 3. There is an exchange fee charge of 15% of the item

• – The material covering this mattress is not covered by this guarantee and damage caused by accident, misuse, or tampered is also not covered by this warranty.
• – Due to manual measurements, kindly allow 1-3cm of difference in actual product.
