This product is made using brewed Honjyozo Shoyu soy sauce, sugar, fermented seasoning is added and finished with lemon juice. It is fragrant like soy sauce cooked with charcoal and you can make shiny and delicious yakitori easily. Also of course tasty chicken stir fried dishes as well!
