PREPARATION
- Chilled Neat: Keep the bottle in the freezer or fridge. Pouring it cold thickens the texture and makes the blackberry flavor pop like a dessert wine.
- Blackberry Whiskey Smash: Muddle 2 lemon wedges and 4-5 fresh mint leaves in a shaker. Add 50ml of JD Blackberry and ice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
- The Tennessee Mule: 50ml JD Blackberry, 15ml fresh lime juice, topped with Ginger Beer in a copper mug. Garnish with a lime wheel and a fresh blackberry.
- On a Large Cube: Use one large clear ice sphere or cube. As it slowly melts, it opens up the toasted oak and vanilla notes from the charcoal-mellowed whiskey base.
