- 1. Place the unopened bag of fish slices in cool water (below 25°C) until the fish is fully thawed
- 2. Remove the bag and add the fish slices to boiling water
- 3. Keep the heat on and cook evenly for 30 seconds, then remove the fish slices from the water
- 4. Add fish slices into your soup or porridge.
