• -STOVE TOP: Empty contents into saucepan. Stir over gentle heat until warm.
• -MICROWAVE: Place opened pouch in microwave and heat for 40-60 seconds. Remember to always check temperature before serving to your baby.
• -Discard uneaten heated meal.
• -Babies must always be supervised while eating.
