PREPARATION

• At first use a small amount. Use more if needed. Too much adhesive can cause oozing, apply less next time if this occurs. It may take you a few tries to find the right amount. Apply once a day for secure hold. If you need to apply more than once a day, seek advice from your dental care professional.
• Applying
• 1. Clean and dry your appliance.
• 2. Apply in continuous strips, not too close to the denture edges. Upper denture: one long continuous strip with two shorter strips in the middle Lower denture: one long continuous strip Partial denture: two short strips
• 3. Rinse mouth.
• 4. Press denture into place, hold firmly, and then bite down for a few seconds to secure hold.
• Removing:
• 1. Swish mouth with water.
• 2. Slowly remove denture using a rocking motion.
• 3. Remove fixative residue from denture & mouth with warm water & soft brush.
• 4. Use Polident Cleansers to thoroughly clean your denture and then rinse well with water.
