KEY INFORMATION

• For best results on the character hot cake, open the upper plate slowly to check on the batter & minimise movement of the hot cake maker during cooking.
• Spread oil onto the plate with kitchen paper.
• Put the hot cake maker on gas stove, heat it for 30 seconds on medium heat on each side. Recommended to use a grill net.
• Place the hot cake maker plate on a wet kitchen cloth, open the hot cake maker top plate, pour the batter into the plate and close it. Do not use plastic kitchen cloth made of polyester as the hot cake maker plate is hot.
• Close the plate and lock the handle with the ring. Cook on low heat for 3mins. Heating time varies depending on the fire temperature. When making hot cakes consecutively, please adjust the heating time if the plate is too hot.
• Turn over the hot cake maker plate and heat it for 2mins on low heat. Please check that the ring is locked before turning over the hot cake maker plate.
• Stop heating, check the hot cake and remove it
